Sober living is for anyone who wishes to beat the odds of relapse. Building the knowledge, tools, and skills required to overcome triggers and compulsions take time. ICSL is for those who want to invest time and effort in themselves so they may become the best version of themselves.

What makes us different from your typical sober living experience is that we want to help you establish and enhance a healthier lifestyle. From this, sober living naturally follows. When we focus on the healthiest version ourselves the best starts to follow.
How can I support the cause?
Recovery residences, or sober living homes, bridge the gap between primary treatment and return to pretreatment responsibilities and community. Iowa City Sober Living is the first of its kind in the area. Since sober living is not covered by health insurance, ICSL depends on your donations to help these women.
